Himalayan Kriya, Pranayam & Rose Kriya™

Himalayan Kriya Yoga combines pranayam, mudras and mantras in specific exercises and postures which have direct energy affects on the body. There is not much traditional asana and often we have eyes closed.

Pranayam is sacred breath work, and you have instruction learning a life changing tool in a sacred practise session, for all levels from beginners to advanced.

You can choose one or both or the above or receive Rose Kriya which combines all this with rose journeying

This is highly sacred work for those walking the spiritual path.

The pranayam and kriya breath practices may be simple and others may be more advanced, it is all an invitation to do as you feel, if you need to pause you simply relax in the frequencies of the space. We are seated on the floor on a sheepskin but you can also request a chair, or even lay down. Eyes are mostly closed you can even wear a mask. Kriya is mostly energy work and not asana body movement. although we may move at times into some gentle asana to move the energy. After practise of Himalayan Kriya & Pranayam, there is some guided journeying. There may be Sansrik mantras and light language.

Water, mats, sheepskins, blankets all provided, but bring whatever you wish to feel comfortable.

In Person or On Line

Rose Crystal circles are also held on line. The 'in-person' classes are a completely separate container to the online ones. There are no cameras nor recordings of private intimate in person circles which are sacred and confidential digital free spaces. However the separate container of on line circles may be recorded.

Length of time

Circles usually run in 4 week cycles of 75-90 minutes weekly for a sacred 4 week container.

Rose Crystal Goddess ceremonial & mediumship deveLopment circles

This is a sacred circle, ceremony and workshop where you will be guided through powerful journeying and mediumship, to meet your own higher self as well as spirit guides both male and female, such as the Rose Goddesses across many cultures. Each circle has a different theme and it is chance to develop your own mediumship. There is space for journalling. You can share or not, as you wish. All of you is welcome. This is humble and real, with sacred respect and confidentiality.

These circles can also include Reiki attunement workshops in over 44 different rays, which also include a digital manual, certificate and with some you also get a initiation audio for afterwards.

This are your own very special private sessions, from your ceremonial sacred 2 hour deep dive personalised spiritual energy healing sanctuary; a one hour spiritual reading which can be done in person or online; your past life regression session, and your own private Reiki Initiation workshop or healing session in over 44 different rays with a very experienced practitioner.

Healing

Every energy healing session is different depending on the unique energies, time of meeting and situation and brings a light healing bath with a mixture of reiki and healing rays including white flame energy healing, journeying, mediumship and oracle work, sound bowls or forks, light language, frequency and code activation, time line and past life regression, crystals, herb smudging, oil anointing, breath and guided meditation, sharing and coaching.

Reading - Activation - initiation

If you prefer to have a spiritual reading, then these are a high frequency space for deep transformation, with light activation, light transmission, energy healing, mediumship, spiritual guides, activation of keys and codes, and possibly also even reiki, rose or other rays, or timeline work and so forth. You will be guided through a visual healing journey for unique messages, and any thing can come through, every session is different.
